Cooking lessons in Courmayeur
Courmayeur, February 9, 2011 – On February 10th and 17th from 3p.m. to 5p.m. at Grand Hotel & Residence CourMaison in Courmayeur there will be free cooking lessons by chef Nicola Ricciardi for all those who wish to learn creative ways to cook.
Strategically located at the foot of Mont Blanc, the elegant hotel will become a gourmet school on these two dates. Together with chef Ricciardi, passionate director of La Baita restaurant at Grand Hotel & Residence CourMaison, those who sign up for the class, (no more than 12 participants) will learn to make enhancing tasty appetizers and first course dishes for free.
All participants have the possibility of using the kitchen at La Baita restaurant with all the necessary ingredients at their disposal for making these meals. They will also receive an apron and chef’s hat, a sheet of specifications for the meals they prepare and will then taste these dishes.
