Can I cook brown rice in the microwave?
I want to cook brown rice (NOT instant brown rice) in the microwave. I have seen a similar question posted here before, but there were no good answers. One answer said to nuke for 5 min, but you couldn’t possibly cook brown rice in 5 min. So I’d like to know if anybody has done this successfully before. Also, if the rice is in a bowl covered with plastic wrap, do I need to vent it? Thanks!
